You'll turn financial and operational information into clear insight, helping senior leaders make confident decisions about priorities, resources and performance.

You'll provide constructive challenge, bring clarity to difficult choices and help us focus investment where it creates the greatest value.

You'll: Lead planning, forecasting and performance management across Market Performance, Market Oversight and Commercial.

Translate business priorities, workforce plans and resource choices into clear financial forecasts.

Identify financial risks, opportunities and trade-offs, then explain what they mean for the business.

Provide a clear view of operating costs and workforce performance, including emerging pressures and required action.

Use evidence and commercial judgement to challenge constructively and strengthen accountability.

Help teams manage cost pressures while maintaining progress against their priorities.

Produce concise analysis and commentary for senior forums, setting out choices, implications and recommended actions.

Connect insight across Finance and the wider organisation, supporting the continued development of FP&A.

Maintain strong financial controls and reliable reporting, while working within Lloyd's risk and governance framework.

Experience in senior finance business partnering, FP&A or performance management within a complex organisation.

Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and planning in a business-facing or commercially focused environment.

Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.

The ability to turn complex data into focused insight, practical choices and clear action.

Knowledge of cost management and workforce planning, including FTE and vacancy oversight. A clear understanding of financial controls, governance and reporting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting concise analysis to senior audiences.

A recognised accountancy qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent relevant experience.

We take the risk by challenging traditional thinking and being proactive about inclusion.

That means being open and positive about workplace adjustments, prioritising health and wellbeing, and investing in diversity and inclusion training so everyone feels able to contribute and succeed.

Through employee networks, mentoring, volunteering opportunities and sustained investment in professional development, we create an environment where inclusion is experienced day‐to‐day — not just talked about.
