Overview
In this role, you support the day-to-day operations of the Lloyd’s Underwriting Room and oversee property governance and workspace projects. You will manage occupancy data, records, licences, and financial administration across tenanted offices, working with corporate real estate and a broad range of stakeholders. You contribute to governance, reporting, and an exceptional workplace experience in a globally renowned market. Responsibilities
- Manage underwriting box occupancy data, space allocation records, and governance documentation
- Maintain lease, licence, and property records ensuring accuracy and audit-readiness
- Coordinate licence administration for the Underwriting Room and Innovation Lab
- Support rental invoicing, recharge schedules, and financial administration
- Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagement activities; track actions and outcomes
- Produce reports, presentations, and management information to aid planning
- Respond to stakeholder queries on occupancy data, licences, and market information
- Assist with compliance activities including record management and governance processes
- Coordinate archive requests and maintain records and trackers
- Support Service Partner performance administration, KPI tracking, and communications
Key requirements
- Experience in property, workplace, facilities management, project coordination, or similar operational environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with databases, trackers, or governance documentation
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
- Ability to analyse information and present it clearly
- Good judgement handling confidential information and escalation when needed
