Requirements
- Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Azure (AWS desirable)
- Kubernetes administration and security, and containerised workloads
- CI/CD tooling (Terraform, Git, Jenkins, Harness, Backstage)

We’re responsible for defining and communicating Lloyds Banking Group's security strategy and providing a range of critical Enterprise Security Services which not only operate key controls that keep the Group safe but also enable the digital transformation agenda of the wider organisation.
Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Cloud Enterprise & Compute Security Lab. This role focuses on designing, building, and operating cloud security frameworks and tooling that protect workloads across public and private cloud platforms. You will lead an engineering team in the delivery of automated, codified security controls and help shape the organisation’s cloud security posture.
Implement, and deploy software-defined infrastructure and cloud security tooling. Contribute to designs for infrastructure and cloud security tooling. Take ownership of complex problems and deliveries. Build automated security controls using CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and Policy as Code. Work in small engineering teams to deliver security focused products. Be part of a team owning production services across public cloud platforms, ensuring availability, reliability and security. Contribute to the development and implementation of cloud security policies and standards. Identify gaps in existing practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Share knowledge across the team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
