- We7re looking for someone to lead and work as part of a design team supporting a core product area within Experience Design They will give guidance to partners, development teams and other Interaction Designers, working alongside and leading a design team
- They will take full ownership of their output, providing rationale for design decisions and confidently present their work back to internal customers

- Understand goals and challenges in the context of business and engineering priorities
- Work with service designers to influence and develop the roadmap and overall product strategy
- Engage with leadership to understand objectives and opportunities aligned to good customer outcomes
- Provide leadership to a team of multi-disciplinary designers to support decision-making, delivery and team culture
- Establish a growth culture and build capabilities through the formal development and mentoring of team members
