Trident Healthcare Solutions, in partnership with Lloyds Clinical, is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Lead Pharmacist – Pharmacy Operations to join a forward-thinking, pharmacy-led organisation at their specialist site in Harlow. This is a non-patient-facing role focused on high-cost, specialist medications not typically encountered in community pharmacy. As the Lead Pharmacist – Pharmacy Operations, you will take full ownership of pharmacy leadership, medicines management, and regulatory compliance at the Scimitar Park site.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Responsible Pharmacist for the site
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and technicians
- Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards and regulatory frameworks
- Drive clinical governance and medicines optimisation
- Collaborate with QA, compounding, and customer service teams
- Contribute to audits, quality improvement, and strategic projects
What We\’re Looking For
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualification
- Proven experience in a senior or leadership role
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and organisational abilities
