We’re looking for a talented and creative social media content creator to join our growing team within Brand Marketing & Experience. We need a top tier creator to help us fill the brand consumer social feeds with scroll stopping content. We look after 4 brands across all the channels, so we are looking for an all‑rounder who is both brilliant on camera delivering our social personality and brilliant at aspects of content creation from ideation, responding to briefs, editing films, creating statics and motion assets. We need you to be extra passionate about all things social, spotting and shaping trends and using quality content to help build brands on social. We’d also like you to have experience working with creative and media agencies. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who has experience and a proven track record in content creation for big brands and thrives in an ultra‑fast‑paced environment!
Content Creation & Delivery
- Ideation, development and creation of brilliant social content (static, video, and short form) aligned to brand strategies (we need you to feature in the content too)
- Support end‑to‑end content creation, from ideation through to production and delivery
- Ensure all outputs are high quality, on‑brand, and optimised for platform performance
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Work collaboratively with creative, influencer, and media agencies to deliver campaigns
- Build strong relationships with internal brand teams and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Manage timelines and briefs to ensure content is delivered efficiently and effectively
Brand Alignment
- Support content execution across four key brands, adapting approach to reflect each brand’s identity and objectives
- Ensure consistency and cohesion across all social and influencer activity
Performance & Optimisation
- Have experience monitoring, analysing and reporting on content performance across channels
- Use data and insights to optimise future campaigns and improve engagement
- Contribute to driving channel growth, brand affinity, and consideration
Benefits
- A generous holiday allowance: You’ll be eligible for a minimum of 22 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), rising to 30 days based on length of service and grade.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working across multiple, high‑profile brands (agency, freelance or in‑house)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience working with and managing external agencies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on performance
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail
- Video creation and editing (short‑form preferred)
- Ability to spot, ideate and react to trends across social platforms
