Director of Strategy Delivery

We’re looking for someone who’ll turn strategy into action and help us deliver meaningful change across Lloyd’s. If you’re confident working in a complex environment, enjoy bringing structure to big ideas and know how to keep a fast-moving programme on track, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Lead the delivery of our revised strategy and make sure every part of the programme is set up to succeed.
• Plan and manage the full programme of work, keeping everything moving and focused on what matters most.
• Build and run our strategy delivery office, creating clear governance and setting expectations for when and how projects are reviewed or reset.
• Make sure every business case is robust, with SMART objectives, meaningful KPIs and clear stage gates for funding.
• Lead our annual strategy review, checking progress against objectives and adjusting course where needed.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the strategy budget so we invest wisely and with impact.
• Work with external consultants, ensuring they’re onboarded properly and deliver outputs that meet Lloyd’s standards.
