Lloyd's is seeking to recruit a Delivery Manager to help us turn strategy into action across our Market Performance, Oversight, Commercial and Global functions.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver change initiatives or workstreams end‑to‑end, with clear milestones and outcomes
  • Coordinate across teams, suppliers and functions to keep delivery aligned
  • Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies early
  • Support testing, release and service transition to ensure smooth implementation
  • Provide clear, honest reporting on progress, risks and delivery confidence
  • Manage budgets within scope, supporting forecasting and cost control
  • Track outcomes and benefits, helping us realise value from change

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering change in a complex organisation
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • A clear, concise communication style – you’ll know how to land a message
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • A proactive mindset – you spot issues early and act on them
  • A sense of ownership and pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes
  • Understanding of governance, risk and controls in a regulated environment
  • Exposure to financial services, insurance or reinsurance
  • Awareness of both agile and waterfall delivery approaches
  • Experience working across business, technology and third‑party suppliers
  • Involvement in release, cutover or service transition activity
