Lloyd's is seeking to recruit a Delivery Manager to help us turn strategy into action across our Market Performance, Oversight, Commercial and Global functions.
What you’ll do
- Deliver change initiatives or workstreams end‑to‑end, with clear milestones and outcomes
- Coordinate across teams, suppliers and functions to keep delivery aligned
- Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies early
- Support testing, release and service transition to ensure smooth implementation
- Provide clear, honest reporting on progress, risks and delivery confidence
- Manage budgets within scope, supporting forecasting and cost control
- Track outcomes and benefits, helping us realise value from change
Qualifications
- Experience delivering change in a complex organisation
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A clear, concise communication style – you’ll know how to land a message
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- A proactive mindset – you spot issues early and act on them
- A sense of ownership and pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes
- Understanding of governance, risk and controls in a regulated environment
- Exposure to financial services, insurance or reinsurance
- Awareness of both agile and waterfall delivery approaches
- Experience working across business, technology and third‑party suppliers
- Involvement in release, cutover or service transition activity
