As Partnerships Lead, you will play a key role in helping the Foundation grow its impact through strategic partnerships and new propositions. Acting as the "front door" for future partnerships, you will identify, develop and strengthen relationships that align with our mission and long‑term strategy. Working across the organisation and with external partners, you will support collaborative working, help shape partnership opportunities, and turn ideas into meaningful social impact. You will also build and embed best practice, creating a consistent and effective approach to initiating, negotiating and managing partnerships across the Foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with relationship‑building, helping to scale our impact and support communities across England and Wales to thrive.
