Responsibilities

You will join one of our branches, providing face‑to‑face support to customers.

Your core responsibilities include helping customers through important moments, promoting and supporting digital services, and connecting customers with the right products and services.

  • Providing everyday banking tasks and face‑to‑face support.
  • Supporting customers through bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable situations, or digital confidence building.
  • Promoting digital channels and helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
  • Recognising opportunities to connect customers with relevant products and services.
  • Progressing into other roles across the Group (phone, online, web chat, video, social media) as your skills develop.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
  • People person: honest, genuine, caring, quick to build relationships.
  • Empathy and integrity, taking time to resolve queries and give customers confidence.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, adaptable and eager to learn.
  • Commitment to deliver on promises and going above and beyond for customers.
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues to meet customers’ needs.
  • No previous financial services experience required.
