We’re looking for a high-performing, self-starting social and digital marketer who can take ownership and deliver at pace. You’ll be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, proactively finding opportunities, and driving activity forward with minimal direction. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced team, able to prioritise effectively, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver high-quality output. With a strong performance mindset, you’ll use data to optimise campaigns, improve ROI and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

This is a full-time opportunity within the Brands, Marketing & Experience (BMX) team, delivering standout marketing across social and digital channels to engage UK businesses and help deliver against our marketing and commercial goals.

  • Partnering with agencies to develop cut‑through creative, shape media strategy, and drive continuous optimisation through performance measurement and insight.
  • Owning campaign development and performance marketing delivery across paid social channels, optimising activity to meet commercial targets and improve ROI.
  • Structuring testing plans and optimising content through performance analysis and regular testing.
  • Collaborating with measurement teams on attribution, incrementality and measurement frameworks.
  • Spotting trends, experimenting with new formats, and bringing fresh thinking to social and digital content.
  • Designing capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Managing social channels across multiple brands and platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube, delivering high-quality organic and paid content through social management tools.
  • Offering expert guidance on channel best practice while supporting brand governance to ensure consistency across the B2B social channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience and knowledge of Financial Services.
  • You’re bold and driven to progress, actively seeking opportunities to stretch your capability and take on more responsibility.
  • Understanding of full funnel marketing.
  • Comfortable analysing platform and analytical data (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn campaign manager, Adobe analytics, power bi or similar).
  • You’re comfortable working at speed, making decisions and adapting quickly based on performance data.
  • Strong understanding of paid media optimisation levers.
  • Experience of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
  • Proven experience delivering performance‑led digital and social campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good understanding of paid digital media planning and audience targeting.
  • You introduce new perspectives and a test‑and‑learn approach, driving innovation to keep us at the forefront across social and programmatic channels.
