Understanding of the regulatory environment affecting banks and financial institutions, together with knowledge of risk management, governance and control frameworks within a regulated organisationSolid understanding of banking products and solutions, with the ability to understand client requirements and find opportunities across Transaction Banking, Liquidity, Foreign Exchange, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Solutions or related productsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and business areas, balancing client needs, commercial objectives and risk considerations to deliver positive outcomes
- 1-2 years’ experience within coverage and/or Products within a banking environment
- Experience analysing financial performance, market information and client trends to support commercial decision-making, see opportunities and deliver client solutions
- Demonstrated relationship building and communication skills, with experience encouraging effective connections and influencing interested parties across a range of internal and external audiences
- Experience using Bloomberg or similar financial market data and analytics tools
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- A quantitative degree, such as Finance, Economics or Mathematics
