Join the International Finance team at Lloyd’s and play a key role in supporting global financial operations and regulatory compliance across international markets. Reporting to the Manager, International Finance, this is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in a highly respected, fast-paced financial environment.

As an Assistant in International Finance, you will support the delivery of regulatory reporting, funding requirements, and financial processes across multiple global jurisdictions. You’ll contribute to protecting and enhancing Lloyd’s international licences and trading rights, while gaining exposure to international finance operations and regulatory frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with the preparation and compilation of international regulatory reports, funding schedules, and financial statements
  • Support regulatory compliance across global markets, helping maintain licences and trading rights
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., managing agents) to ensure data is accurate, timely, and accessible
  • Contribute to control frameworks, operational processes, and documented procedures
  • Monitor and support the effectiveness of control environments and risk frameworks
  • Help maintain relationships with international regulators and support Lloyd’s global credibility
  • Identify and manage regulatory reporting risks, escalating issues where required
  • Support business continuity planning and regulatory strategy initiatives
  • Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and ongoing efficiency enhancements

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to develop within international finance who is pursuing, or is interested in gaining, accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA).
