  • Uncapped bonus: Our uncapped bonus structure is designed to reward advisers who convert opportunity into long-term client value.
  • Career Development: We'll support your ongoing development and additional qualifications within our transparent structure with clearly defined progression pathways.
  • Flexibility: You'll manage your own schedule, predominately working from home, meeting with clients at their homes or at one of our hub locations.
  • Exceptional benefits: 30 days holidays, Private Medical, Life Insurance (among others) and a matched pension up to 21% (6% from you, 15% from us).

What you'll bring:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered / Level 6 welcome but not essential)
  • A strong track record of delivering holistic financial advice
  • Experience building lasting client relationships and generating repeat/referral business
  • Confidence in conducting client meetings and creating tailored financial plans
