Your role is to help clients establish their future goals and long-term aspirations and create a financial plan to achieve them. You will play a vital role in helping clients make informed financial decisions through professional expertise, technical analysis and ongoing support so that financial goals are achieved with confidence.

As a Personal Wealth Adviser, you believe that financial planning starts by understanding each client’s unique story, their goals, and the life they want to build. You’ll deliver holistic, client‑led financial advice to new and existing clients, both face‑to‑face and virtually, taking the time to build a personalised financial plan that reflects their aspirations and adapts as their life evolves. We’ll expect you to use cash‑flow modelling and financial planning tools to provide clear, insightful advice.

This is not a cold‑start position. You’ll have the backing of the largest banking group in the UK as you utilise a range of business development strategies and expertise to proactively explore the market to onboard new clients, including servicing a constant flow of leads from the wider Lloyds Banking Group, without sacrificing the quality of advice. You’ll be supported by robust systems and infrastructure so you can spend more time advising clients.

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered / Level 6 welcome but not essential)
