Lloyds Wealth aims to improve the way financial advice is offered by making it more affordable, accessible and impactful for more people. As a Finance Associate you will lead the processing of invoices (both purchases and sales), maintain supplier/customer relationships and settle bank payments. There will also be involvement in adhoc projects as required in order to continue to build the business.

Role: Secondment/Fixed Term Contract to 30/06/2027

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keying of invoices, purchase orders and customer invoices
  • Managing supplier relationships, ensuring invoices are paid on time
  • Credit control – ensuring that customer invoices are paid on time
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Input and review of bank settlements
  • Sample checking and review of key business processes, such as expenses
  • Support for various ad hoc projects as and when required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Some experience of an accounting qualification preferred (degree, AAT, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Knowledge of Workday or other financial systems preferred (but not essential)
  • Highly numerate with experience in a financial / analytical discipline
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, specifically the ability to prioritise and process numerous tasks simultaneously and deliver at pace to meet tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational, communication and numerical skills
  • Ability to use own initiative, whilst also being a valuable team player
  • Ability to produce accurate work within agreed timescales/deadlines
  • Personal drive and resilience to deal with work volumes
  • A continuous improvement mind-set and a desire for personal development
