An exceptional opportunity to inherit and grow an established client base — delivering high-quality advice backed by a trusted brand and strong internal referral network.

At Lloyds Wealth, you’ll join a business with the scale, reputation and client access to help experienced advisers deepen long-term relationships and deliver meaningful financial outcomes. This role provides the platform to focus on what matters most — your clients — while continuing to grow through referrals and ongoing engagement.

The role

As an Existing Relationship Adviser, you understand that great financial planning is built on long-term trust. You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of clients, delivering ongoing, holistic advice and ensuring their financial plans continue to evolve alongside their lives.

You’ll build deep relationships across your client base — understanding their goals, priorities and changing circumstances — and providing proactive advice that gives them confidence in their financial future. Through regular engagement and high-quality service, you’ll identify opportunities to add further value, strengthen relationships and support multi-generational planning.

Using cashflow modelling and financial planning tools, you’ll deliver clear, personalised advice that brings financial plans to life. You’ll also work closely with the wider team to onboard newly acquired or referred clients, ensuring a seamless and consistent client experience.

Why join us?

  • Established client portfolio. Inherit and manage an existing book of clients, with opportunities to expand through referrals and internal introductions.
  • Constant leads and referrals. Access one of the UK’s largest client ecosystems. Lloyds Banking Group has a retail footprint in almost every local market in the UK, resulting in a constant stream of leads and referrals to the Wealth business.
  • Uncapped bonus. Our uncapped bonus structure is designed to reward advisers who convert opportunity into long-term client value.
  • Career development. Ongoing support to develop your expertise, broaden your client base and continue progressing your career.
  • Flexibility. Manage your own schedule, working in a hybrid way — balancing home working with client meetings.
  • Outstanding benefits. Including generous holiday allowance, private medical cover, life assurance and a highly competitive pension.

What you’ll bring

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality financial advice to clients
  • Experience managing and growing relationships within an existing client portfolio
  • Confidence in leading client meetings and delivering tailored financial plans
  • Strong knowledge across financial planning areas and regulatory requirements
  • Experience using cashflow modelling to support client outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client engagement
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and improve client outcomes
