We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our dynamic criminal law firm in London & Watford. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of a fast-paced and challenging legal environment.
As the first point of contact for our clients, your role will be critical in creating a welcoming and professional impression. You will also support the smooth running of the office by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors.
· Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
· Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
· Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
· Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and diary management.
· Assist in the daily opening of new matters and liaise with branches as required.
· Perform ad hoc duties to support the office and legal team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as a receptionist /Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
