Alongside managing your own patient caseload, you'll lead and support a team of Senior Homecare Nurses and Nurses, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and service delivery across your region.

You’ll play a key role in developing nursing services, supporting new patient pathways, managing clinical escalations, and coaching colleagues to achieve their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to make a wider impact on both patient outcomes and team performance.

We have a lot to offer at Lloyds Clinical, not only to the 100,000 patients we support, but also to our employees. Alongside our outstanding training & development programmes we offer:

  • Private medical insurance

  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Full support from our employee assistance programme including access to wellbeing services, exercise videos, podcasts and more
  • NMC fees paid after one years’ service
  • Annual subscription to RCNi CPD platform

To succeed in this role, you'll be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and significant clinical experience, ideally within community, homecare, or infusion services. You will be cross‑trained in IV therapies including HPN, ERT and pharmacology, or be willing to complete this training within six months of joining.

You’ll have experience supporting, coaching or leading others, with the confidence to provide clinical guidance and help drive service excellence. Organised, compassionate and proactive, you'll be comfortable managing your own workload while building strong relationships with patients, colleagues and external stakeholders. Strong communication and IT skills are essential, as is a full UK driving licence due to regular travel across your region.
