WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least four days per week, or 80% of our time, at one of our office sites Join us at Lloyds Living as we redefine what it means to manage property in the UK.

Purpose of the Role Own the readiness of void properties from handover through to tenancy commencement and launch to market.

Ensure every property is physically created in our SLM software, compliant, and marketed on time, enabling the Leasing team to convert demand into lettings efficiently.

Support the timely turnaround of properties by coordinating with internal teams, property managers and end of tenancy co coordinators.

Provide occasional support across other departments, including phone coverage, to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities Property Readiness Own the end-to-end process of preparing void properties for market Manage and track turnaround timelines, proactively resolving delays Conduct readiness checks to ensure properties are presentable and meet quality standards prior to launch Property Marketing
