Lloyds Living in Manchester is seeking a motivated Property Administrator to own the readiness of void properties from handover through tenancy commencement and launch to market. Ensure every property is created in our SLM software, compliant, and marketed on time to support the Leasing team.
You'll coordinate with internal teams, property managers and end-of-tenancy coordinators, maintain active listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, and uphold compliance across certificates.
