Lloyds Living is seeking an Aftercare Coordinator to deliver a seamless customer experience and hold suppliers to account.

You will be the central point for defect resolution, ensuring issues are managed efficiently and transparently in line with Lloyds Living's service commitments.

You will coordinate with Property Managers, developers, and managing agents, using Fix Flo and internal systems to drive timely defect resolution and strong SLA performance.
