WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least four days per week, or 80% of our time, at one of our office sites.
Purpose of the Role
As an Accounts Co‑Ordinator, you'll help keep the day‑to‑day finances of our properties running smoothly. You'll make sure payments are handled properly, records are accurate, and that everyone from residents to suppliers gets a seamless, stress‑free experience. Working alongside the wider Lloyds Living team, you'll support property managers, tidy up queries, and help make sure everyone has a smooth experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily rent receipts, keep a clear record of all actions, and update the internal teams where necessary.
- Complete daily client account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Work with our site‑based Property Managers to set up and update rental charges for new and existing customers.
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to enquiries regarding rent accounts.
- Maintain accurate ledgers for rent, deposits, service charges, and other income streams.
- Prepare and process supplier payments, ensuring invoices are correct, authorised, and allocated to the right properties.
- Process refunds to tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate operational reporting and MI.
- Support month‑end processes including reconciliations, reports, and preparing summaries.
- Support external audits or internal reviews by providing accurate, organised information.
- Ensure compliance with client money regulations, internal controls, and industry standards.
