  • Enhance financial models and streamline processes to accelerate the development and review of new product business cases.
  • Redesign and implement end‑to‑end revenue capture and reporting processes in collaboration with Finance, Data, and Sales Operations.
  • Establish a weekly feedback loop to monitor and improve the Salesforce‑NetSuite sales order interface.
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools to support timely, data‑led decision‑making by senior leadership.
  • Provide commercial finance support across the business, including to Sales and Product teams.
  • Support the CFO, FP&A, and wider Finance team with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and advanced numerical and analytical skills.

  • Experience in a global or multi‑entity business environment.
  • Exposure to private equity‑backed organisations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or NetSuite.

  • Life Assurance for 4× salary.
  • Company pension scheme: employee contribution of 5% basic salary, matched by an employer contribution of 5%.
  • Up to 4 Days Paid Volunteering per year to support causes you care about.
  • Additional leave for life events such as getting married or moving house.
  • Enhanced Family Leave including maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave.
