The Product Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of product marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. This role works closely with product, wider marketing, customer success and sales teams to help communicate product value, support go-to-market activities, and ensure messaging resonates with our target audience. This is a full‑time permanent role working collaboratively across the global business and as part of the key marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Messaging & Content: Assist in creating persuasive and differentiated product marketing content including product comparisons, data stats, website copy, product pages, blogs, webinars, demo videos and pitch decks in line with product messaging, value propositions, and positioning. Load blog posts and other content onto the website, ensure they are appropriately tagged to ensure visibility in the customer user journey across the site. Coordinate customer newsletters promoting product enhancements and collating relevant content including free-to-view Lloyds List articles and marketing content. Run non-customer newsletters / content promotions by audience segment, encouraging engagement with blogs, webinars and whitepapers. Communicate product feature enhancements or critical incidents to customers work with Product Marketing Manager’s and the Marketing Ops Manager using tactics as appropriate (email, social media and Appcues) to deliver comms. Provide event support, ensuring events have appropriate up to date collateral and messaging / positioning aligns with strategy.
  • Go-to-Market Support for launches and ongoing ‘always on’ campaigns: Assist with the execution of product launches and go-to-market campaigns for customers and non-customers. Including email campaigns, social media posts, website updates, event collateral, product Appcues, web copy. Coordinate with marketing ops, design and regional marketing teams on launch activities. Help track launch performance and compile post-launch insights and learnings. Assist in the coordination and execution of always on campaigns across email, social and ads, to ensure that campaigns are on message, utilise the latest content and are targeted correctly. Support the Product Marketing Manager’s in the development and maintenance of sales enablement materials including updating and maintaining pitch decks, product one-pagers, playbooks, email /social outreach and battle cards. Work with the product team on creating demo videos for sales pitches. Ensure sales enablement folders are kept updated, and wider marketers have access to up-to-date messaging guidance. Help gather feedback from win/loss programme to improve product messaging and positioning.
  • Customer Insight: Support the collection of customer feedback, testimonials, logos and case studies. Help gather feedback from win/loss programme to improve product messaging and positioning. Work with customer success teams and product teams to understand customer challenges and product value. Help Product Marketing Manager’s to translate customer insights into updated marketing narratives and proof points.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track product marketing activity performance including campaign engagement, content usage, and sales adoption. Assist in preparing reports on product marketing impact and market insights.
What we are looking for:
  • University educated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in product marketing, marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive can‑do attitude, willing to get stuck in and responsive to change in a fast‑evolving environment.
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear customer‑focused messaging.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset, able to translate marketing strategy into effective tactical execution.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Storytelling ability – ability to take messaging guides and create effective and compelling copy.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or data products.
  • Experience working with sales teams or on go‑to‑market initiatives.
