We're interested in people with strong claims expertise and the confidence to influence across a complex stakeholder environment.
- Experience within claims, conduct risk, delegated authority or a related oversight function
- Strong knowledge of the London and international insurance markets
- A good understanding of claims, legal and regulatory issues affecting the insurance sector
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- The ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into action
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to navigate challenging conversations

We will invest in attracting the best talent to Lloyd’s, making sure recruitment is targeted at bringing in the skills we need to evolve.
