We’re looking for a senior Health & Safety leader who can take ownership of our safety strategy and drive real cultural change across a complex, regulated, multi-site operation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a best-in-class Health & Safety strategy, embedding a safety-first culture, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements across the organisation. You’ll lead the development of policies, risk assessments, training programmes, incident investigation standards, and centralised reporting frameworks that support safe and effective ways of working. You’ll also play a critical role in building and maintaining our business continuity plan to protect the organisation and ensure we remain resilient in the face of disruption.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration from working with ELT/SLT and senior stakeholders to engaging operational teams on the ground. You’ll influence, challenge, and guide leaders at all levels to create a proactive, high-performance safety culture that prioritises people, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role is hybrid, with regular presence required at our Harlow site and travel required to other sites across the country.
