Are you ready to lead the way in clinical excellence? Lloyds Clinical is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Governance Quality Manager to champion quality assurance and governance across our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical governance frameworks that ensure our care is safe, effective, and person-centred.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
- Build governance competency across the workforce and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with national legislation and best practice standards.
- Work closely with clinical teams, operational managers, and external partners to embed a culture of excellence and accountability.
About You:
- A postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or a related field.
- Registered Nurse (Level 1) status with specialist clinical experience.
- Proven experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management.
- A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality improvement methodologies.
- The ability to work autonomously while building strong collaborative relationships.
- Experience in health, social care, NHS, or regulatory environments, ideally at a management level.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A track record of sharing best practice, driving innovation, and leading change.
