As a Nursing Services Manager, supporting our Bank workforce, you'll combine hands‑on patient care with clinical leadership, supporting patients in their own homes through treatments such as SACT, IV infusions, TPN, and injectable therapies. You'll lead and support a team of Bank Homecare Nurses, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and service delivery across your region. You'll play a key role in developing nursing services, supporting new patient pathways, managing clinical escalations, and coaching colleagues to achieve their full potential. To succeed in this role, you'll be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and significant clinical experience, ideally within community, homecare, or SACT services. You’ll have experience supporting, coaching or leading others, with the confidence to provide clinical guidance and help drive service excellence. Organised, compassionate and proactive, you’ll be comfortable managing your own workload while building strong relationships with patients, colleagues and external stakeholders. Strong communication and IT skills are essential, as is a full UK driving licence due to regular travel across your region.
