Are you ready to lead the way in clinical excellence? Lloyds Clinical is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Governance Quality Manager to champion quality assurance and governance across our services.
Develop and implement clinical governance frameworks that ensure our care is safe, effective, and person-centred. Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions. Build governance competency across the workforce and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with national legislation and best practice standards. You’ll work closely with clinical teams, operational managers, and external partners to embed a culture of excellence and accountability.
You’re someone who thrives on making a difference. You combine clinical expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for quality improvement. You’ll bring:
- A postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or a related field.
- Registered Nurse (Level 1) status with specialist clinical experience.
- Proven experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management.
- A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality improvement methodologies.
- The ability to work autonomously while building strong collaborative relationships.
- Experience in health, social care, NHS, or regulatory environments, ideally at a management level.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A track record of sharing best practice, driving innovation, and leading change.
