At Lloyd’s, we bring together the world’s leading risk experts to solve complex challenges and shape a more resilient future. But how we show up matters. Every interaction, every space, every experience plays a part in the story we tell.

That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Stakeholder Experience Manager to shape how our most important audiences experience Lloyd’s – from first impression to lasting impact. You’ll help us turn insight into experience, and experience into trust.

What you’ll do

  • Set the standard: Work with Brand, Events and Corporate Real Estate to define what great looks like. Then bring it to life across our spaces, globally.
  • Curate standout experiences: Shape high-impact visits for VIPs and strategic stakeholders. You’ll turn objectives into tailored journeys that reflect who we are.
  • Connect teams and deliver outcomes: Build strong relationships across the business. Align people, priorities and detail to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Elevate our environments: Influence how our spaces look, feel and function. From signage to service, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Use feedback and insight to keep raising the bar.

What you bring

  • You’re confident working across boundaries and influencing at senior levels. You’re organised, thoughtful and focused on what matters.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience shaping or delivering high-profile engagements.
  • The ability to turn strategy into practical, measurable outcomes.
  • A sharp eye for detail, with a passion for high-quality experiences.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, concise communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Experience working with brand, events, comms or corporate affairs teams.

And if you also bring experience in hospitality, protocol or experience design, even better.

What sets you apart

You think about the full journey, not just the moment. You care about how things feel, not just how they work. And you know that great experiences don’t happen by chance – they’re designed, aligned and delivered.

Why Lloyd’s

We’re proud of our role in the global economy. But we’re even prouder of how we work.

  • We are open: to ideas, to change, to different perspectives.
  • We focus: on what matters most, and deliver with purpose.
  • We act with integrity: building trust in everything we do.
  • We empower each other: to speak up, step forward and make it happen.

Help us to shape and enhance the experience for every person that is part of the Lloyd’s journey. Diversity and inclusion are a focus for us – Lloyd’s aim is to build a diverse, inclusive environment that reflects the global markets we work in. One where everyone is treated with dignity and respect to achieve their full potential.

In practice, this means we are positive and inclusive about making workplace adjustments, we offer regular health and wellbeing programmes, diversity and inclusion training, employee networks, mentoring and volunteering opportunities as well as investment into your professional development. You can read more about diversity and inclusion on our website.

We understand that our work/life balance is important to us all and that a hybrid of working from the office and home can offer a great level of flexibility. Flexible working forms part of a total reward approach which offers a host of other benefits over and above the standard offering (generous pension, healthcare, wellbeing etc). These include financial support for training, education & development, a benefit allowance (to spend on our flexible benefits such as gym membership, dental insurance, extra holiday or to partake in our cycle to work scheme), employee recognition scheme and various employee discount schemes.

By choosing Lloyd's, you'll be part of a team that brings together the best minds in the industry, and together with our underwriters and brokers, we create innovative, responsive solutions allowing us to share risk and solve complex problems.
