  • A track record of turning strategy, ideas and business needs into clear plans and deliverable outcomes
  • Experience working across multiple phases of the change lifecycle, from shaping and prioritisation through to delivery and value realisation
  • Confidence working in a regulated environment, ideally within insurance, financial services or a similarly complex sector
  • Strong judgement, curiosity and the ability to challenge constructively
  • Excellent communication skills, with a clear and practical approach
  • Experience working across matrix teams, including third parties or offshore delivery partners
  • Experience in portfolio management, continuous improvement, project mobilisation or business case development would be particularly valuable.
