Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a Service Coordinator with knowledge of customer services and coordination to effectively manage all aspects of the mobile Service Engineers work schedules and deal with all onsite service issues as reported by the customers. As a Service Coordinator you’ll be the front line of our customer interaction, processing customer orders, ensuring their every need is catered for and every question answered. You will deal with any issues that may arise and will be vital in ensuring that our customers know they are receiving the first class customer service that makes us the best in our sector to do business with. You will be joining the team at an exciting time, helping to continue our growth and delivering first class customer service.
