We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Operations Support Manager to lead and supervise all operations teams within your business function. Your role will involve coaching, motivating, and developing Hire Desk Managers to deliver Service Excellence to both internal and external customers. You will lead by example, fostering a positive culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will measure and monitor operational procedures to minimize risk and cost, ensuring process adherence to drive revenue and margin growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership skills in managing large teams, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
  • Experience in monitoring SLAs and KPIs to facilitate improvements
  • Strong coaching and development skills for team members
  • Leadership and support capabilities for employees
  • Ability to review and improve Balance Scorecards and dashboards
  • Self-motivation and conscientiousness
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven customer service excellence with internal and external clients
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Experience with Axapta, On-Guard, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to prioritize workload under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Previous experience in the hire industry
