As a Pressure Vessel Engineer, you will carry out inspection, testing, adjustment, and maintenance of mechanical and pressure systems. You will:
- Conduct statutory inspections and thorough examinations in line with regulatory standards
- Identify defects, perform fault-finding, and complete effective remedial repairs
- Restore equipment to safe working condition
- Compile comprehensive technical reports following inspections
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and required actions
- Promote awareness of Lloyds British services across all relevant product groups
You will play a key role during an exciting growth period as Lloyds British continues to lead in Lifting, Crane and Pressure Engineering services.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- ASME knowledge/awareness
- Proven experience working with pressure vessel systems
- Strong mechanical fault-finding capability
- Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literacy to produce accurate inspection reports
