Based in the depot, the Asset and Fulfilment Operative is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success, as the Asset and Fulfilment Operative coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they’re satisfied with our service.
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.
