Foreman – oversee the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment to the required safety levels and within the agreed timescales.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
- Supervise a team of service engineers to ensure stock is in place, provide technical assistance and organise technical training.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience supervising a team, ideally within a similar industry
- Knowledge and experience of managing asset and stock counts
- Ability to support the business unit/team in delivering the ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
