Foreman – oversee the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment to the required safety levels and within the agreed timescales.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of service engineers to ensure stock is in place, provide technical assistance and organise technical training.

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience supervising a team, ideally within a similar industry
  • Knowledge and experience of managing asset and stock counts
  • Ability to support the business unit/team in delivering the ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
  • Ability to manage a team and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring H&S and housekeeping standards are upheld
