As a key member of our front-line operations, you’ll play a vital role in supporting sales and delivering exceptional customer service. From taking initial hire orders to coordinating deliveries and collections, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey—building strong relationships and ensuring every need is met.
Your Apprenticeship Journey:
As part of your role, you’ll be enrolled in a structured
18-month Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
. You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced colleagues and dedicated support from our specialist apprenticeship provider. At the end of the programme, you’ll complete an
End Point Assessment (EPA)
to gain your qualification.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in business administration.
We are looking for Apprentices who:
- Are willing to develop and be customer focused
- Are comfortable working with technology and are keen to be a part of Speedy`s digital transformation
- Have good IT skills
- Can be adaptable and multi-task
- Have good organisational skills
- Want to work as part of a team
- Show good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Have an interest in engineering/construction/customer service/hire industry
- Love to learn and expand their knowledge
- Are willing to embark on apprenticeship qualification
- Are ambitious and driven
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English at Grade 2 (Grade E/Level 1) or above.
