What you’ll be doing
- Build and scale secure, automated solutions across the organisation.
- Integrate security baselines into engineering workflows and embed Security Relevant Configuration controls into code, pipelines and tooling.
- Develop and enhance services that reduce manual effort, improve consistency and increase security coverage for infrastructure and software.
- Contribute to enterprise‑scale automation, including CI/CD integration, tooling and data‑driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assure security configurations in static build artefacts and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive greater automation, consistency and reuse of security artefacts.
- Embed security earlier into the engineering lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in software engineering and DevOps practices, preferably at enterprise scale.
- Proficiency with scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) and automation tooling.
- Hands‑on technical experience and ability to write, fix and improve code.
- Broad understanding of cyber security domains, including cloud security (Azure and/or GCP).
- Outcome‑focused approach with attention to detail and end‑to‑end delivery.
- Strong understanding of secure‑by‑design principles across the development lifecycle.
- Passion for automating repetitive tasks and improving engineering efficiency.
- Clear understanding of containerisation technologies and associated tooling (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and repository‑based workflows (e.g. GitHub).

- Exposure to vulnerability scanning, configuration assurance or security tooling.
- Experience with databases and data‑driven solutions.
