Key Responsibilities- Reviewing Sanctions Policy and assessing impacts of changes
- Managing risks and control effectiveness for Sanctions Policy
- Reviewing potential sanctions matches and determining treatment strategies
- Maintaining Policy waivers
- Supporting Major Change initiatives to ensure sanctions requirements are captured and delivered
- Leading sanctions regulatory and Lloyds Banking Group policy requirements for Insurance, Pensions & Investments division
- Ensuring compliance with sanctions standards across the division, providing analysis, advice, and guidance tailored to senior stakeholders
- Building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and influencing business priorities
- Analyzing data to inform proposals and influence decisions
- Applying expertise to embed risk mitigation into sanctions controls
- Providing support and guidance on fraud and financial crime risks
- Executing risk management processes, procedures, and controls aligned with data-led risk strategies
- Experience of sanctions regulation in a Life & Pensions business
- Expert understanding of sanctions risks and developing mitigating actions
- Ability to analyze data from various sources and assess impacts
- Line management experience, developing financial crime specialists
- Ability to implement actions and controls to improve policy compliance
