JOB TITLE: Unified Endpoint Security Lab Lead SALARY: £126,523 - £148,850 (outside London) £146,591 - £172,460 (London) LOCATION: Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, London HOURS: Full-time (35 Hours) WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

What you'll be doing This is a pivotal opportunity to join Lloyds Banking Group and the Chief Security Office as we transform how security is delivered across the Group.
As Unified Endpoint Security Lab Lead, you'll define and lead the strategy, delivery and operation of endpoint security controls across the UK's largest digital bank.
You'll bring together previously distributed security capabilities into a single, cohesive lab, driving modern, scalable and automated security outcomes that reduce risk while enabling the business to move faster.
Leading multidisciplinary engineering and security teams, you'll own the roadmap for endpoint security capabilities across colleague devices, server platforms, browser and web controls, and email security, while collaborating closely with teams across identity, cloud, network and application security.
You'll play a critical role in simplifying the control landscape, strengthening operational resilience, managing security risk and shaping the future of enterprise security at scale.
