This Integrator role puts you at the heart of shaping the future of the Finance Platform, driving both business and technology change that truly moves the needle. You’ll tackle complex problems, connect critical integration points across teams, and empower leaders with insight that fuels smart, strategic decisions. Every day brings the chance to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, steer high risk implementations, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track. You’ll lead key conversations, bringing clarity and structure to fast moving priorities.

Are you passionate about shaping the future of the Finance Platform? Join us as an Integrator and play a pivotal role in driving business and technology change within the Finance Platform. You’ll provide insight to enable strategic decision making and the delivery of our priorities. If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and influencing senior people, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicate these integration points to relevant colleagues.
  • Identify blockers to delivery and where possible mitigate/resolves, raising to product owner(s)/platform leadership where required.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the Platform, Risk, and the wider Group, acting as a strategic business partner.
  • Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
  • Provide insight and analysis to enable informed decision-making, supporting Platform Leads to achieve goals.
  • Lead key meetings, working collaboratively across and beyond the Platform to provide clear updates on progress and ensure transparency.
  • Contribute to platform-wide initiatives and ad-hoc priorities, bringing structure, challenge, and delivery focus where needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading large scale change programmes: at least 3 years leading/implementing change which span multiple business areas, interacting and influencing people across the Group.
  • Business and commercial awareness: 12 months plus in large, complex environments, ideally Financial Services. Developing business insight, including the ability to challenge where needed and finding opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Data & Tooling: 3 years or more experience and confidence using data and JIRA, possibly PowerBi, to spot trends, develop clear recommendations, and support sound decision-making.
  • Storytelling: demonstrate strong skills connecting with people through clear, compelling communication—using empathy and data-driven insights to introduce positive change.
  • Values and behaviours: you’ll be customer-centric and solutions-focused, embracing change and role-modeling a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Change methodology: experience in the Platform change methodology and Service Introduction.
