An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director to join our Real Estate & Housing team, within the growing Loan Investments platform. This role focuses on delivering long-term value from the large annuity portfolio, one of the core strategic priorities of Lloyds Banking Group's Insurance, Pension & Investments Division. You will shape investment strategy, handle complex transactions, and drive investments that benefit the UK's built environment and housing sector.
Based in Edinburgh or London, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of real estate loan investments - from origination through to execution and ongoing portfolio management. You will operate at the heart of a highly collaborative team, working with internal partners, clients, and market advisors to identify and deliver compelling investment opportunities.
