Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Hybrid; at least two days per week or 40% of time at an office site

What you’ll be doing:

  • As an Integrator in our Modern Workplace team, you will enable seamless delivery within a Lab environment by managing integration activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • You’ll coordinate with Integrators, Property Specialists, Places Workstream Leads and external partners to keep complex initiatives on track and aligned to our strategic goals.
  • Work with stakeholders outside of the Lab to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace.
  • Manage projects & implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
  • Develop project plans and priorities including integration related tasks in collaboration with the project team.
  • Work with Lab teams to deliver outputs against agreed project plans.
  • Proactively monitor, troubleshoot and collaborate with Feature Team colleagues to identify issues and/or blockers to delivery.
  • Catalogue and manage dependencies between the lab and other teams.
  • Provide support for governance activity owned by the Lead Integrator and contribute to a regular reporting cycle on key progress, risks, issues & dependencies.
  • Act as interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:

  • Agile Methodology & Tools experience; ability to manage complex change and coach agile teams.
  • Relationship Management skills, building consensus and resolving conflicting priorities.
  • Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Governance capability; communicating status updates and resolving high‑priority issues.
  • Collaboration: building professional relationships across boundaries.
  • Values & Behaviours: future‑focused, communicates positions aligned with Group Strategy, drives transformation, works with integrity, inclusive.
  • Experience in change management (ideally 2+ years) desirable.
