Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational delivery of all used leased vehicles for our pre‑loved range across Tusker clients.
- Authorise all work and prepare vehicles to ensure they meet high standards, manage cost, and allocate them to the appropriate channels, delivering an exceptional driver journey for Tusker customers.
- Authorise required bodywork repairs and SMR to the agreed used‑car standard, collaborating with vehicle operations to ensure repair methods are followed.
- Identify vehicles that are not to standard and move them to the normal remarketing channel for processing.
- Maintain the Used Car Stock page.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure successful vehicle delivery to new customers, working with the Order & Delivery team.
- Manage your own workload with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Maintain high accuracy levels and attention to detail.
- Be motivated by and understand the importance of achieving targets, both individually and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive knowledge of the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles (cars & LCVs), both combustion engine and electric vehicles.
- Experience working in a manufacturer’s franchised dealership in both workshop and service desk departments.
- Experience in a cost approval and audit function within a lease company or similar organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively managing stakeholder relationships (suppliers, customers, drivers, etc.).
- Polite, professional telephone manner.
- System experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
