Responsible for designing solutions and completing the analysis, configuration and reporting within our Salesforce Service Cloud platform, ensuring operational effectiveness and optimum efficiency across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support projects by designing solutions that implement project requirements and deliver additional Salesforce functionality.
- Ensure flows created by the Ops / Commercial teams are orchestrated correctly.
- Develop, analyze and optimize the service processes and workflows within Salesforce, building automations to streamline existing processes and address new challenges while maintaining existing workflows.
- Run sprint cycles and release processes for Salesforce, ensuring all changes are peer reviewed and tested prior to release into live.
- Own Salesforce defect management and resolution of critical issues.
- Continuously develop Salesforce to align with evolving business needs.
- Demonstrate an understanding of training techniques and standard processes for adopting new technologies, providing technical training and guidance to both operational and wider tech teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and deliver strategic goals.
- Understand user root causes and automate repetitive tasks.
- Maintain strong attention to detail with a customer‑service ethos, excellent communication skills and the ability to work across all layers of the organization.
- Demonstrate personal presence and credibility; build strong and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- Show tenacity to see multiple tasks through to successful completion.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experienced as a Salesforce Administrator in Service Cloud, with certification.
- Proficient in understanding and defining user requirements.
- Knowledge of how ‘no‑code’ applications function, able to break problems into logical increments for optimal performance.
- Ability to prepare and distribute progress reports to management and work effectively with relevant business partners for efficient implementation and business change readiness.
- Experience using dedicated Salesforce tools to monitor the instance for optimal performance.
