About This Opportunity
We’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively alongside a full design team and take full ownership of their design output. They will be confident presenting their work to stakeholders, and able to adapt designs to reflect feedback from user research and usability testing.
What will I be doing?
- Skillfully craft the end‑to‑end user experience, using components from a central design system.
- Bring designs to life with prototyping software such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD.
- Balance business requirements with user needs, gathering research and aligning stakeholders.
- Adapt to technical constraints across platforms while guiding best user experience.
- Advocate for inclusive and accessible design for a diverse user base.
What You’ll Need
- Demonstrable experience in User Experience design/Interaction Design.
- Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or Visual Design background.
- Full ownership of the interaction design project.
- Excellent prototyping and layout skills, able to articulate clearly to customers and development teams.
- Comfortable using existing design systems and recommending improvements.
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research for design decisions.
- Experience working in a complex landscape, preferably financial services.
- Strong ability to see designs through to delivery, communicating with developers to ensure specifications are met.
