Our Commercial Team plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic growth, launching new products and continuously improving insight, reporting, and forecasting. We’re responsible for the end-to-end profitability of vehicles throughout their lifecycle, working cross-functionally across the business to drive long‑term, sustainable success. As Commercial Analyst – Used Cars, you’ll play an important role in delivering clear, data‑driven analysis to support Tusker’s used car proposition.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality performance analysis for Tusker’s used car Salary Sacrifice offering.
- Prepare structured monthly performance reporting with clear, data‑led insight.
- Support the delivery of the used car pricing approach through timely price implementation, highlighting areas for further commercial review.
- Maintain and improve reporting tools to ensure consistent, reliable insight.
- Work closely with operational teams to monitor used car stock, identify risks and to elevate issues where appropriate.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in a commercial, financial or analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – translating data into clear, practical insights.
- Good presentation and communication skills – comfortable preparing structured decks for a range of stakeholders across the business.
- Proactive, curious and self‑sufficient, with a drive to understand and improve how the business operates.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (experience with data visualisation tools is an advantage).
