What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the analysis and reporting of website performance across Lloyds Banking Group public websites.
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Excel.
- Help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation across customer journeys, traffic, engagement, and content performance.
- Support campaign and content performance analysis, helping teams understand what’s working and where improvements can be made.
- Assist with tracking validation and quality assurance to help ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Work with stakeholders across digital, content, marketing, and technology teams to answer business questions through data and insight.
- Help automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and accessible way for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
What we’re looking for
- Two years experience of website or digital performance reporting and analysis.
- Analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Two years experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data sets.
- Understanding of customer behaviour, digital journeys, and website performance metrics.
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working on websites, digital products, or marketing performance analysis is beneficial but not essential.
