What you’ll be doing:
- Work collaboratively alongside a full design team and take full ownership of their design output.
- Present work confidently to collaborators and adapt designs based on feedback from user research and usability testing.
- Craft the end-to-end user experience, using components from a central design system to balance content and UI elements.
- Bring designs to life with prototyping software such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD.
- Balance business requirements with user needs by gathering user research and rationale.
- Be adaptable to technical constraints while guiding the creation of the best possible end user experience.
- Advocate for customer inclusion, ensuring designs are accessible to a wide range of users.

What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years experience within User Experience design/Interaction Design.
- Strong experience as an Interaction Designer or UX Designer, with Agentic AI experience being highly beneficial.
- Full ownership of the Interaction Design project.
- Excellent prototyping and layout skills, clearly articulated to internal customers and development teams.
- Comfortable using existing design systems and recommending improvements.
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research to inform the interaction design process.
- Familiarity with complex landscapes, ideally in financial services.
- Strong ability to see designs through to delivery, ensuring they meet specifications for a broad range of users.
